RL flight service Brussels Airlines has an unusual attachment to SL. Their website b-places.com seems to be a repository of various places of interest in SL, complete with SLurls. It seems they want you to go visit those places, and if you like them, use their voting booth to rate the location. The first 1,000 residents who vote will receive ... 2L. Better than nothing, I suppose ... isn't it?

Here's the weird part: Brussels Airlines doesn't seem to have a presence in-world. So, they're just kinda riding the periphery of SL involvement, with very little actual investment in it. Hey ... this might be the most ingenious use of SL of all!

That's me in the red circle, visiting one of the places on the list. You can see the voting booth next to me, and the gigantic freaking lanternfish that I couldn't take my eyes off of. Now I know what it feels like to be a kibble and/or bit.

Our moo is competing in the SL version of America's Got Talent with her squirting milk handstand dance (you have to see it to believe it). She's a semi-finalist, which means that your votes could put her over the top!

To vote for moo, go to NBC's sim tonight at 5 PM SL Time (the video displays the East Coast time). You'll need to wear the special HUD to do it, but c'mon, it's for moo!

As an aside, isn't it kind of odd that this show's in SL? Talent in this case is something that's bought, not something inherent in a personality. So really, this is more like 'America's Got Lindens to Spare', and it reflects on the discerning taste of the resident in question. Who's got the wildest/weirdest/funniest animation?
